Refund Policy

  • Perfumes are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The Refund will be settled to the account within 3 days after refund approval

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or defective.
